1) LOCATION COMMERCE:
Those services which are based on commercial location that
provide value added services to all mobile customers or consumers by using geographical
positioning information that help in their business to grow. It uses GPS tracking for their
business activities or goals. Location based service help consumers to check at
restaurants, shops, places and business offer discount to those people who check in.

2) BUSINESS TO EMPLOYES (B2E):
It allows different products and services to its
employees. Company uses this because they want to automate their employees so they
can work more efficiently and easily even from their home by using websites. This
approach focusses only on employees of business or their organization rather than its
customers. This method is used in all over the world to attract best employees to their
business and maintain their employees so they do their best in the market.

3) COLLABORATIVE COMMERCE:
It is the system of supply and distribution channels
to grow the economy in an efficient way that organization coordinate with each other and

other to achieve their goal efficiently. It also has a different meaning that consumer to
consumer trading or provide or exchanging service or products. It promotes fresh views
of suppliers and competitors and customers. Its goal is to provide their product to
different channels for sale and to grow business.

It is an online selling and buying of goods and services
through smartphone or laptop. Mobile commerce uses now a days and people use it for
online shopping from their homes to get their product by sitting at their homes.

Q.NO 2: Explain Five-stage Customer Loyalty Model.
1) AWARNESS STAGE:
Awareness is very important for consumers to know about the
product that is introduced in the market, because it makes a trust of that product. The
advertisement message could describe the product in a new way so that can be easily
differentiate and look good, new users for the product will be targeted to make a new
image of product and also describe new improvement which a product is made to attract
more customers.
2) EXPLORATION STAGE:
A new message to achieve about the brand or product that
explain how unique this product works so people will be attracted and like the product so
they can make their minds and encourage them so they can switch their products or
brands.
3) FAMILARITY STAGE:
The adverting message should be unique and attractive so
consumer should attract, or with their product and order the new product and also like
them and order it again and again. Customer like specific product. Sharing product
experience and new things etc.
4) COMMITMNT STAGE:
A reminder message should be sent. This message should feel
the customer good about the product, so they buy the product again and happy from
product and services and stay committed.
5) SEPERATION STAGE:
in this stage company do not issue ads for these customers who
are leaving products or services.
Q.NO 3: What is Web Catalog Revenue Model and explain it with
example?
Companies are selling goods and services online by catalog revenue model which is to
old method by using mails. The sellers use brand image to sell their products to its
customers. Buyers will mail or order their products by call to the manufacture or
salesman or company. It is an electronic version of catalog, when the internet came into
existence it discovered from business for finding its perfect customer and make business
grow and successful.so business can make revenue through this model. Computer
electronic and household appliances gain a large part of online sale through online
network by catalog. The web catalog model meets its challenges with customers who are
not willing to send their personal information across the internet. Many internet users are
fearful of their information, particularly credit card information, ending up in the wrong
hand. Although this fear has decreased considerably in the past ten years, this will always
be a concern because as security improves, so does fraud and hacking.
