TOUR ITINERARY :

Day 01 Arrival at Port Blair

On arrival at Port Blair in the morning by flight, you will be received and transfer to your hotel. After lunch at
3.00 pm visit for a beautiful Carbyn’s Cove sea beach, there after proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and
Light Show at Cellular Jail at 7.00 pm ( English show), where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is
brought alive. Night stay at port Blair.
 
Day 02: Port Blair To Havelock Island
Today we depart to the Andaman Islands most amazing destination, Havelock Island. The destination is rated as
the best island in India. Depart from Port Blair to Havelock Island in a ferry. Upon reaching Havelock, our
representative attends you and will drop you at your hotel. Rest and Relax in a beachside resort. We at
Experience Andamans only share beachside resorts for exquisite experiences. Later we begin our journey to one
among Asia's best beach, Radhanagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this
natural wonder. Post this we drop you back to your resort where you relax and unwind.
 
Day 03: Excursion to Elephant Beach
Well, how about exploring something underwater? Today, we begin our journey to the most visited snorkelling
destination in Havelock Island, Elephant Beach. Around 30 Minutes by boat, Elephant Beach flaunts one among
the best reefs in Havelock Island. The great thing is that the reef here starts at a depth of less than a meter. Upon
reaching Elephant beach, we rest and relax. Later, our guide takes you to snorkel underwater where you explore
the amazing reef in Elephant beach. Later we return back from Elephant beach to the Havelock dock in a boat.
You will get a pick-up from there and drive back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Ø  Note: Please carry a change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfortable clothing
for this trip.
 
Day 04: Havelock –Neil Island
In morning after breakfast kindly check-out the resort and we take you to the Havelock harbour to catch the
Private ferry for Neil Island.  On arrival at Neil Island, our representative will receive and escort you to check-
in to the resort. After a relaxation trip to Neil Sightseeing, Laxmanpur, Bharatpur & Howrah Bridge Overnight
stay at Neil Island.

 Day 05: Neil Island – Port Blair 
In morning after breakfast, kindly check-out the resort and we take you to the Neil Island harbour to catch the
Private ferry for Port Blair. On arrival at Port Blair, our representative will receive and escort you to check-in to
the hotel/resort. Overnight stay at Port Blair. 
 
Day 06: DEPART PORT BLAIR – AIRPORT DROPPING  
Post Breakfast check-out from the hotel and take a dropping to Airport with memories of an ultimate holiday at
the Andaman Islands.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:

1) Photo Session:
there is no fixed charges for that, it starts from 500 and goes upto 2000-3000 depending on the clients
requirements. (Includes: Transportation, Photographer charge & soft copy in CD.)
2) Scuba Diving:
Going for the underwater Scuba Diving is like going for an underwater tour inside the reef,
swimming between corals, seeing variety of fish, and discovering the rich sea life underwater in the crystal
clear blue water. It is recommended for not only swimmers but even non-swimmers can enjoy these
activities at their at most level. Our trained and certified guides are always in the water beside you to ensure
your safe adventure & we guarantee your maximum safety.
Rs 3,500/- per person + 300-400 for photos. (Includes: Diving suit, gear & underwater photography. Note:
Swimming skills is not required.)
3) Under Water Sea Walk:
Rs 3,800/- per person + 300-400 for photos At 15-25ft under sea level, the pace can be leisurely,
hopping down from India’s only sea-walker station, operated by Sea Link Adventures only one company in
Andaman, so the price is fixed.( Includes: Gear & underwater photography. Note: Swimming skills is not
required.)
Note: The above mentioned all 03 optional activities you can book at the time of booking the package,
so that we can arrange/prepare well in advance. Without advance booking we could not able to
arrange or it will be subject to availability. In case, after including the activity and after reaching here
before doing the activity if you are not interested to do then the full amount will get refund to you.

Terms & Condition

Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:
1st Payment: 30% - at the time of Booking.
2nd Payment: 30% - of the Booking Amount (After getting confirmation voucher)
3rd Payment: 40% of the Booking Amount 7 Days prior to departure date.
For Booking Flight Ticket we charge 100% amount.
Payment terms are subject to change depends on the travel dates and hotels payment policy.

Our Cancellation Policy:

 Before 45 days to the departure : Rs. 1000/- Per Person  
 From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of Package Cost
 From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of Package Cost
 From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost
 7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable
 Retention may be charged on case to case basis.
 If we have notified you a different cancellation rule, then the above rule will not be applicable.
 No refund is admissible if service is cancelled due to force majeure events such as acts of God, civil /
political disturbances or events beyond our control. Proof of Identity:
 As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo Identity (Voters ID,
Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Armed forces identity card etc.).
 It is compulsory for foreign Nationals and NRI's to carry their passport with valid Visas or PIO
(Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
