TR3190 Set up for Linear measurement

To convert TR3190 to Rotary measurement first remove the rotary chuck and
guarding collar plate by loosening the two holding screws.

A sensing switch on the transducer determines whether a rotary adapter is in

use before the test begins. The software then checks to ensure that the test plan
motion channels are properly configured.

This sensing switch is held in the correct position when the guard collar plate is
reinstalled in the correct position for Rotary measurement
