 The team has been working on the SSD and moderation of the same
 There has been considerable time invested in discussion over the phone
 The team has filled the Information Management System however, comments from HOD not there
 The HOD has also filled the Information Management System.
 All the team members have provided details of work for almost 10 hours

 HOD spent 30 minutes in keeping track of daily work of team members
 Telephonic meeting to guide team taken by HOD for 30 minutes to 1 hour
 HOD has filled remarks like ok for the work done by team. In a few cases HOD has provided suggestion
and also questioned on time taken to complete the task . e.g (Why 2-3 hours)
 The team has worked on the workload assigned to them and follow up by moderators and HOD is duly
filled in for 8-9 hours for the day. Seema has filled for 6 hours
