‘Over the past few weeks [have had the opportunity to work with Shiva Goli. Shiva is a positive addition to
the classroom. She is extremely comfortable in the role of the teacher. She has offered advice and assistance
in a way that is caring, not controlling. She is very observant and responsive to the diverse needs of the
students. Shiva can continue to focus on designing and implementing purposefully designed lessons plans
while being cognitive of the time. She can continue to work on implementing purposefully designed
formative assessment strategies.
