Dear Sirs,
Reference is made to Letter No. MOECO/VN/2016/19 dated December 28 th, 2016 from
MOECO and letter No. PTTEP SVPC 12112/00-11845/2016 dated December 29th, 2016 from
PTTEP, and PVN & PVGas’ agreement on the 2017 Work Program & Budget.
SWPOC would like to officially submit for approval the 2017 Work Program Budget Rev.02
with total budget of 11.803 Million USD. In order for SWPOC to proceed with the works
planned in 2017, SWPOC kindly request that Partners approve the 2017 WPB Rev.02 by
completing the attached approval forms and returning to us by March 6th, 2017.
