Dear Sirs,
Reference is made to:
- Letter No. MOECO/VN/2016/16 dated August 31st, 2016 from
MOECO and letter No. SVPC 12112/00-7637/2016 from PTTEP, in
which Foreign Partners (FPs) confirmed the completion of FS
review and ready to approve;
- Letter No. /SWPOC-TM dated January 20 th, 2017 from SWPOC
on Tender Plan of FEED & Cost estimation update, upon which
international tendering will be conducted to select contractor for
the work;
In order to proceed with next steps forward (including tendering for
FEED and cost estimation update according to Vietnamese Tender Law
and Construction Law), you are kindly requested to approve the
Updated Feasibility Study Rev.01 as submitted for approval by SWPOC
in letter No.4/SWPOC-TM-KT dated January 4st, 2017.
We look forward to your written approval on the attached approval
forms before January 25th, 2017.
