Dear Sir,

Pursuant to the subject matter and as highlighted vide our letter under reference 02, the
compliance submitted vide your letter under reference 03, has been scrutinized along with
Maha-Metro, GC & your representative on 17/07/2020 and it is observed that still at many
locations road pot holes/ damages/ settlement at Reach-4 alignment are yet to be attended.
The observation report has been communicated to you vide email under reference 04 for
compliance, in which we have observed that no improvement/ efforts are seen in day to day
construction & its associated works during our routine site visit.

You are once again instructed to attend the all respective task interfacing with public in your
reach immediately and ensure safety measures at all time. Any grievances from public or
enforcement agency will be viewed seriously, the contractor will be held responsible for any
untoward incidents, arising out of above mentioned non-compliance of contract conditions.

This is to request you once again for immediate action and compliance to the subject matter.
