Dear Sir,

Works from Prajapati nagar station to cotton market station is in full swing at your work site,
simultaneously action towards tackle the upcoming hot season need to be well planned and
control measures need to be implemented at earliest for safe execution of construction and its
associated activity. You are instructed to submit the following details immediately;

1. Submission of Heat Action Plan – 2020.

2. Welfare measure to coup dehydration of staff/ workers during hot condition.
3. Planned upcoming mock drill (calendar) scenarios related to heat stroke, heat
exhaustion etc.
4. Restricted working hours/ extended working hours (if any planned) during extreme hot
condition.
