Dear Sir,

Pursuant to the subject matter and in continuation to above referred letters for road
restoration, we have not received any compliance from your end till date. Please refer the letter
reference No. 06 received from Maha-Metro, in which Dr. Vikas Mahamte /VP/MP Road Safety
Committee have again highlighted the action proposed to be taken by civil authorities in case of
any un-toward incidents arising out of bad maintenance of existing road under your reach. You
are requested to take corrective action towards this matter immediately and compliance has to
be communicated immediately.

This is to request you once again for immediate action and compliance to the subject matter.
