Dear Sir,

As per instruction of Maha-Metro officials, a Joint Inspection was carried out by GC safety team
along with your representative’s on 23/06/2018 (Night) and inspection report have been
attached along with this letter (Annexure-I). At numerous location it was observed insufficient
Lighting which need to be increased to maintain luminance of public road for vehicular safe
movement and to avoid any public Grievance, you are instructed to take necessary action and
submit a compliance report within 5 days from the receipt of this letter.

This is to request you for immediate action and compliance to subject matter.
