Dear Sir,

Please refer the letter under reference received from Maha Metro to furnish the details of
action for ensuring road traffic worthiness before and arrangement available during monsoon.
You are instructed to submit the following details immediately;

1. Details of Critical Low lying areas at Reach 4 station work areas.

2. Submission of Monsoon preparedness Plan – 2020.
3. Submission of Monsoon preparedness Audit Checklist.
4. Details of Plant & Equipments like crane, pumps etc. available for tackling any
emergency situations.
5. Submission of Planned Pre- Electrical Audit report covering all work places.
6. Submission of Planned Road worthiness Inspection report.
7. Submission of deteriorated drain/ storm line report commenced during construction
work and submission of action to restore the same with target date & responsible
person need to be submitted.
