due to non deployment of manpower shall completely be in account of PMIL, as per GCC

Due to non deployment of planning Engineer since April 2021 even after several
reminder from PDIL  , a  Financial penalty of Rs.-15000/- is imposed on M/s PMIL as per
SCC Annexure A-XII

In ref to the above subject, it is noticed that the site work is badly hampered from the
last two months due to site issues. Site issues like non payment of wages of manpower
deployed at site / wages of the machineries / contractors .it is time to time informed to
you . These site issues are generated since Feb-2021 and onwards In every month, site
labor / contractors asked these concerns (concern of non payment of wages) and site
work suffered. .

On Dated 15.04.2021, some labor complained about non payment of full wages of the
respective months , intimated through email also & we have asked for its reply . But as
on date, no reply has come from your end of our mail 15.04.2021.

Note that due to above stated site issues, work is not running smoothly. & the resulting
outcome did not achieved as required from the last two months on account of PMIL. We
have provided the sufficient works to you for the work and availability of materials.

Pl look at the matter on priority and reply to our email dated 15.04.2021 at the earliest.

Also to resolve these site issues at the earliest.

Color coding of safety helmets to be strictly followed as per the guideline issued from
IOCL RHQ. we have given sufficient time to all agencies to comply said color coding
norms; but still color coding non-compliances being observed at project sites.

This is last and final reminder to all concerned to use safety helmet as per color coding
