TSW and IC was informeded TSC that the Engineer

Instruction EI01 & EI02 had been issued to TSC.
TSC confirmed that they had received and will reply to all
parties on 16 April 2015
the extension time claim offor 5 days extension from
TSCschedule caused stopping by for the traffic police will
be requiredrequired the relevant governmentauthoritys
documentacknowledgement. If not, it should not be
consideraccepted.

and TWTSC to check all the repairing effect which may

have on the working schedulewith supplier to replace and
update on the schedule of replacement.
TSC should be ready for any necessary action Based on the
current working schedule submitted by TSC, they confirms
that they are able to finish the work before 28.05.2015 and
do not need to extend the Bank guarantee. In case they
need to extend, they will need around one week to finish
the procedure forto extensiond bank guarantee with same
condition. TSC is required to get the written confirmation
from the bank on the above for project.

IC

TSC informeds that they have been working with Trane

Vietnam on this matter. They required time for ordering
and delivery of the new compressor will be is around 1
week (by air freightplane). The replacement of this
compressor shall not affect to finishing schedule of project.
TSC was requested to work with Trane Vietnam for the
official letter in English version about issue on the faulty
compressor and also the proposed solution and target
schedule to finish the replacement.
TSC request to prepare the method of statement for
replacement of this compressor.
TSC was reminded to get prepared for the bank guarantee
extension if needed.
TW & IC inform TSC againwas highlighted that Iincase
TSC need to extend bank guarantee and TSC may not able
to get the bank guarantee before the deadline, TW & IC
will hold back the 10% of contract from the TSCs
Progress Claim and will release when the work is
completed or the bank guarantee is extended, TSC
agreesClient will hold back 10% of contract value if we
foreseepredict any issue affectaffecting to finishingthe
completion date..

TSC requested IC again to be release the Bbank

Gguarantee for Advance Ppayment Bbond.
IC agrees but due to internal office matter, IC will try to
feedback to TSC soon.

the above. on tomorrow.

Mr. Lim Sin OnKL requested TSC and Trane to correct and
tidy the From the log sheet done by TSC, IC & TW request
TSC to contact with Trane Vietnam to check on the
compressor No.2 of first new Chiller and also the startingup procedure and check list for both Cchillers No. 1 &
Chiller No.2.
TSC will arrange the Trane to visit the site on 16 April
2015 and together with IC & TW will check on these
matters.

TW & IC request TSC again to work with Trane Vietnam

to get official letter from Trane Vietnam (in English) about
issue on broken downthe faulty compressor and also the
proposed solution and target schedule to finish theing of
ordering, replacement.
TSC request to prepare the method of statement for
replacement of this compressor.

7.

TSC had rectified the defect list commented by IC and TW.

TW requested TSC to prepare a defect list and sign off by
IC and TW.

garbage on both lower roof and upper roof, to tidy-up the
working site.
