SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

USER REQUIREMENTS

The user of the system would want the system to:

 Store all records of employees and clients.


 Allow the deletion of unwanted records..
 Allow easy typing and printing of records
 Calculations to be easily done
 Reduce data duplication
 Allow file linkages
 Allow for printing of records
 Reduction of time taken in data entry.
 It is easier to sort and search.
 Compiling time is reduced due to use of queries and accurate reports and ad-hooks are made
 Accessibility of data is increased due to use of the hard disk drive thus clients are attended to faster.
 Clients’ records are easily available when needed.
 Information can also be stored on backup devices which offer direct access to data enabling quick
searching of records. This may also be used in case of loss of data.

 Microsoft word-for typing reports
 Microsoft access-creating database
 Power point- for presentation
 Microsoft Excel-keeping hospital accounts
