Background:

Easy cuts is Nepal’s top and oldest beauty salon chain which has 4 outlets located in
Chandol, Chabahil, Gyaneshor and Golfutar in Kathmandu city among which Golfutar was
first established in 2010. I am regular customer their as used to live in Budhanilkantha few
year back where I visited the Golfutar branch quite often which closer to my house.
Although now it is quite far from my house now I still visit that salon because of the trust I
have towards them. I have been a loyal customer there since a long time and still find it very
comfortable going there.

I had taken the above picture when I recently used its services before the time of COVID-19.
So in this literature I will be discussing some customers services of the business which led it
this far.

5 Business performance objectives of Easy cuts Hair salon:

Quality:

The quality is service has always been good due its experienced employees working since a
very long time. The use equipments and products in the salon are also of good qualities
which eventually gives you good satisfaction level.
Cost:

The cutting is cheap in compare to other salons like for boys they charge Rs 150-200
whereas in other facilitated salons they minimum of 300 for just a simple haircut in
Kathmandu.

Dependability:

They have already earned goodwill in the market with long time service in the market. Most
of the loyal customers are dependable with the shop and they also have good feedback on
social media which led to more increase in their number of customers.

Flexibility:

They always update whatever is required in the business get maximum customer
satisfaction like increasing number of barbers to attain more customers on time.

Speed:

The business developed a lot since it first started its where they already opened several
branches in Kathmandu. The quality in working speed and efficiency is quiet impressive as
they at least attain more than 100 customers per day in a single branch.
