VOYAGE CHARTER

 
 To check with owners about vessel's latest update & send same to charterers.
 To take the load port agents details from the charterers.
 To ensure that proper ETA notices as per c/p and clean fixture recap are being sent by the
Owners/Masters to all concerned parties.
 Keep regular check on vessels loading status.
 After loading check with the Owners for the ocean freight invoice as per agreed terms.
 To check the commission structure/freight rate/cargo quantity loaded
 Keep regular check on vessel estimated time of arrival discharge port &keep charterers well informed
of the same.
 Laytime calculations along with relevant docs(NOR+SOF) for load port + discharge port
 To ask owners to provide their balance freight invoice &send same to charterers for arranging
remittance. Remittance of balance freight should be done with in time stipulated in charter party.
 To prepare the brokerage invoice (100% freight + demurrage /dead freight (if any)
 To regularly check with the charterers regarding remittance of balance freight.

TIME CHARTER
 To ensure charterers arrange charter hire well in time as per agreed terms.
 To ensure charterers give redelivery notices to the owners as per agreed terms.
 To request the charterers to issue LOI in the absence of the original B/L & send same to owners for
their confirmation.
 To check with both parties regarding off hire bunker/condition survey.
 Once vessel gets redelivered to the owners as owners for their final statement of account and make
sure charterers will arrange balance amount in time.
 To prepare our brokerage invoice for whole voyage period & send the same to the party with whom
we have to collect our brokerage as per charter party.
DOCUMENTATION
 ·  To read the clean fixture recap thoroughly & negotiations papers
·   Liasoning with the owners & charterers.
·   Follow the instructions of the clients & work the way they want to work.
·   To get the draft charter party signed by owners & charterers.

Desired Candidate
2-5 years of experience into dry bulk post fixtures operations. Other candidates need not apply.
