My nightly routines

My nightly routines are always the same. Firs, I make


my own dinner and I wash the dishes and clean the
kitchen, then I rest watching anime on my cellphone
then I get ready and do an exercise routine at home to
keep fit.
After finishing the exercises I prepare and drink a
protein shake and also I eat some fruits too to recover
energy lost, then I write messages to my friends via
chat, and I watch some history documentaries because
I like them so much, furthermore I listen to different
kinds of music, as salsa, vallenato and music in
English too to enhance my auditive comprehension of
the language and Rock that I also include for training
because it keeps me wanting to work out strongly, and
finally I pray to go to sleep.
