Subject: Delivery of food products at the doorstep of customers
Dear Ma’am/Sir,
This is to inform you that Bundl Technologies Private Limited (Swiggy) is an e-commerce entity
engaged in the business of operating an online marketplace through its website www.swiggy.com and
mobile application known as "Swiggy App" (collectively “Platform”), providing platform/technology
to facilitate electronic commerce by and between respective customers and restaurants. Swiggy also
offers services of pick-up and delivery of various food products sold by individual participant
restaurants to customers through independent pickup and delivery partners who voluntarily engage with
Swiggy in providing their services on Principal to Principal basis.
In view of the various advisories and notifications issued by various government authorities from time
to time, we wish to bring to your kind knowledge that we are in the business of enabling transaction
between restaurants and customers by facilitating the placement of orders of food by customers pursuant
to menus posted by various restaurants on the Swiggy Platform. Hence, we enable takeaway facility for
our customers whereby food is being ordered by the customer from the comfort of his home using the
Swiggy Platform (resulting in no footfall on the restaurants) and the prepared food is being delivered
to the customers directly at their doorsteps by the independent pickup and delivery partner thus avoiding
social gathering.

We also wish to submit that we extend full support to the idea of government in keeping public at large
in their respective homes in order to contain the overall impact of the COVID-19, and our actions by
enabling the customers to order food from the comfort of their homes instead of stepping out from their
homes only enables the furtherance of governments objective of keeping people indoors. Any
prohibition or ban on delivery of food items at the doorsteps of the customers will not be in the interest
of health and safety of the consumers and public at large. We have also given safety instructions to
delivery partners through informational videos. In order to contribute in curbing the spread of COVID-
19, we have also issued advisories to our customers specifically at their request, their ordered food could
be left at their door, thus there will be no contact with the delivery partner either.

In view of the above, we humbly request your cooperation for enabling our delivery partners in
completing their deliveries to the customers who orders their food products from their homes. Should
