store.
o Strengths:
 A cash and carry store is a new idea in a city like
Gujranwala
 Its major strength is that it will deal in products that
will entertain all classes, from top to the bottom.
o Weaknesses:
 The project might fail because there already are a
lot of departmental and grocery stores in every nook
and corner of the city.
  The entire residential community might not find the
location to be desirable.

o Opportunities:
 This project surrounds all classes, projects like this
are rare.
 They are keeping their prices a little low, that might
attract a great number of customers.
o Threats:
 Such projects are already being run in the
major cities of the country, so they will have major
competitors to deal with.

 The location is too far off; every person might

not be able to reach them.

 Group 2: Marina
Automobile Industry
o Information:
It is a car manufacturing enterprise, which is located in
Larkana; Sindh. The cars will be assembled and
manufactured within the country
o Strengths:
 Car manufacturing within the country is a new idea.
 Labor will be cheap.
 The cars will be low cost.
o Weaknesses:
 Location might prove to be hazardous.
 The engineers that are being used are
inexperienced and unskilled, that will be a major
issue in the manufacturing purposes.
o Opportunities:
 This project is a new as cars are not being made in
Pakistan.
 Unemployment could be decreased by this project.
  Prices will be low, that might serve as a key of
attraction.

o Threats:
 It will be hard to lure in buyers as Suzuki,
Honda and other companies have established
themselves over a long period of time.

 It will be hard to deal with the competition of

the already existent enterprises.

 Getting quality products and introducing

innovation and managing cost might not be
applicable.
 Group 3:Nano-Tech car
Manufacturers

It is a car manufacturing firm that will use the “nano”
technology. The spare parts will be manufactured in China
and the engines will be made in Japan. It will be based in
sindh.
o Strengths:
 Nano cars are a new technology, one that has yet
not been introduced in Pakistan.
 These cars will be low cost.
 As manufacturing is being done in Japan and China,
the cost at manufacturing will be controlled.
o Weaknesses:
 The location might pose a issue.
 It will be a bit difficult to introduce this new
technology.
o Opportunities:
 These cars will be innovative and low cost.

success.
 If the government allows this project to run, it will
allow even the middle class to enjoy the luxury of a

allow it, it will boost up our economy.

 Production of such tires is a new trend in the
market, it could lead to success.
 They are affordable.
 It is an innovative idea.
o Weaknesses:
 Such tires are already being smuggled in the
country.
 Technology used in these tires is a bit advanced, it
may be hard to find skilled engineers for this
purpose.
o Opportunities:
 These tires are affordable.
 The fact that they won’t get punctured will be a
major factor in their sale.
  New technology like such will surely boost up the
economy.
o Threats :
 Raw material will be hard to attain, it will be costly.

imports spare parts and labor from China and assembling
is done in Pakistan. It is located in the village area of

 Farming and agriculture is very important for the
economy of our country, so establishing a company
that will manufacture these machines will boost up
our economy.

 Cost management is a major issue.
 High investment is required.
o Opportunities:
 If the cost is managed, this project could attain
major success.

o Threats:
 This machine is available in the form of separate
parts in the market, which are cheaper than the
