Credit Visualizer (aka HOLMES)

Description: Credit visualizer is a tool which would have primarily two functionalities the ability to simulate
and forecast disbursal volumes, credit approval rates, ticket sizes based on changes to policy and pricing as
well as the ability to visualize all the changes that occurred for a set of applications while moving through the
system

Phase 1 :

Objective: Ability to take all applications at Nach from fraud_review/decision_wait by program type and
simulate what would happen to each application based on the newly defined policies. We would need to run
all the new and unchanged policies as well as pricing on these applications based on the data available at
NACH.

Requirements:

1. Ability to choose via a time window ( review_status_change_date ) all applications that reached
Decision_wait, along with what happened to the applications like the chain they got onboarded on
etc.
2. Ability to filter the applications by chain_name (need to define if chain should be as of decision_wait
since at NACH it might already have changed based on CIBIL)
To confirm if all partners goes through decision_wait??
3. To try and understand the impact that a change of a single parameter (i.e introduction of a new
parameter or altering an existing one) or directive within a directive group might have on the
applications.
4. All data should be used as of what was available at decision_wait
5. Should the new decision loan amount be based on applied amount cap or max_loan_amount_eligible
6. We need the ability to query the final output to understand rejects, ticket size, interest rates etc
7. Ability to understand the impact policies will have based on the partner distribution which might
change at the top as the policies applied might be vary.
8. How would we deal with unknowns like GPS issues, Negative employer categories as they have a loan
amount capping which takes place.
