A7: An occasion I conformed to a policy that I did not agree with was my high school dress
code. I thought that it was not cool to limit students' individuality. However, I thought it was not

do?
A8: I wasn’t satisfied with my performance after my math test. I had gotten a lower grade than I
wanted. In order to combat this I asked my teacher for help and ended up going to tutoring.
Q9: How do you determine or evaluate your success? Give an example of a successful
accomplishment.
A9: I evaluate my success by how happy I am with the outcome. An example of a successful
accomplishment was getting a B in my AP US History class. A B is not the best grade, however,
I had a “C’ and a “D” most of the semester so bringing it up to a “B” I saw as a success.
Q10: What have you learned from past mistakes? Give an example
A10: A past mistake I made was not doing my homework. I ended up getting a lower grade than
I should have because I did not do my homework. I learned that sometimes you need to do some

A12: In this internship, I learned how to deal with “parents.” At my internship the owners of the
animals treated their pets like their children. This would help me deal with actual parents of
actual children.
Q13: Are you more of a leader or a follower?
A14: I want to improve on communicating with people. I want to be less nervous when talking to
people.
A15: If I won the lottery I would not still work because there are other people who need the job
and money. I would be holding a job position when I do not really need it.
