Proposal based on Bid Set architectural and structural drawings dated 12/13/2019.

ADA Lift Framing:

H&L Ironworks shall furnish and install steel framing and metal deck at the new ADA lift as per
first floor part plan on S-101 and detail 1/S-301. All steel to be regular, one coat shop primed
only.

Tube Steel:
H&L Ironworks shall furnish and install a HSS8x4 beam along gridline C on the first floor as per
2/S-101 and detail 3/S-301. Splicing tube included for transport through building. Steel to be
regular, one coat shop primed only.

Stair Infill:
H&L Ironworks shall infill and existing stair opening per 3/S-101 and detail 2/S-301. Steel to be
regular, one coat shop primed only.

Dunnage:
H&L Ironworks shall furnish and install new dunnage steel per 4/S-101 and typical detail per S-
301. Price includes existing beam reinforcing per 2/S-101 and typical detail per S-301.
Reinforcing steel to be regular, one coat shop primed only. Dunnage steel to be hot dip
galvanized per note 2 on 4/S-101.

Note: Connection design included for splice details only. All other engineering excluded.
Not Included in Price:
Embedment plates, cold formed metal, joists, light gauge metal/framing, MTA PERMITS &
PATH PERMITS, MTA Insurance, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, glass, wood, beam pocket
cutting, grouting, demolition, concrete chipping, testing or inspections, design calculations.

Note: New bronze handrails per A-601 excluded.

Price based on regular time. Overtime excluded.
