b. Dependent Variable: SUPERIOR ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE

By using Enter Method there is Model Summary came in which Durbin-Watson is

1.875.
The ideal value of Durbin-Watson are Between 1.7 to 2.3.
There is no autocorrelation among the variable.
R Square explains the whole model variance.
R Square is also an important part in which the R Square value increases than the
model will become stronger.
When we ADD more independent variable value the R Square value will
increases.
Adjusted R Square seem that all independent variable added those are correlated
with dependent variable value or not.
If independent variable value are not correlated with dependent variable value
then adjusted R Square value will be lesser than R Square.
If independent variable value are correlated with dependent variable value then
adjusted R Square value will be greater than R Square.
R Square value and Adjusted R Square value most near to 1. The model result will
be stronger.
Both values greater than .7 than the model will be stronger.
Both values are between .4 to .7 than the model will be moderate.
Both valves are lower than 3 than the model will explaining weak variance.
STD error of the estimate is the estimation of error which we will consider in this
model.
R Square value is 45.9% and adjusted R Square value is 36.5%.
Its mean the 36.5% variance is explained by this model and the model lying in
moderate region.

Residual 8.122 23 .353
Total 15.023 27
a. Dependent Variable: SUPERIOR ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE
b. Predictors: (Constant), Government Polices, Re-Manufacturing, Green Logistics, Reverse
Logistics

ANOVA explains the whole model significance.

The ideal value of significance is lower than .05.
If significance value lye in between .00 to .05, it’s mean the model is significant.
F value will be greater than 2, its mean the model is significant.
Sum of Squares firstly took all variable sum of square than regress it.
Degree of Freedom is the margin of error like 5%, 10% and 1% add them and run
whole model.
ANOVA shows significant value as it is less than .05 so above model is significant
and F- value is 4.886.

1 (Constant) 1.879 .602 3.123 .005

Reverse Logistics .462 .223 .577 2.070 .050 .303 3.300

Government Polices .147 .216 .174 .680 .503 .359 2.789
a. Dependent Variable: SUPERIOR ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE

VIF value is less than 4 if it above than 4 so there is multicellularity.

T value must be more than 2 it means all r is significant, P value is less than .05
which shows significant impact of IV on DV.
In Unstandardized beta margin of error is not including.
Standardized and unstandardized both are beta values.
Both values are predicting the superior organization performance.
If the value is positive like in reverse logistics value is .462, its mean 1% increase
in reverse logistics will increase superior organization performance by 46.2%.
Impact is significant because the T value is more than 2 and there is no
multicellularity as well.
Same as 1% increase in government policies will increase superior organizational
performance by 14.7%. Impact is insignificant because T-value is less than 2 and
there is no multicellularity.
If the value is negative like in green logistics value is -0.32, its mean 1 % increase
in green logistics will decrease superior performance by 32%. Impact is
insignificant because T-value is less than 2 and there is no multicellularity.
Same as 1% increase in re-manufacturing will decrease superior performance by
1.4%. Impact is insignificant because T-value is less than 2 and there is no
multicellularity.
Green logistics, government policies and re-manufacturing all have insignificant
impact.
