OUTSOURCING MAINTENANCE OR HAVING INTERNAL MAINTENANCE

MANAGEMENT SERVICE?

In this study we are comparing between the efficiency of two types of maintenance policy for
heavy vehicle. We are comparing the general service benefit by choosing between outsourcing
maintenance or having internal maintenance management service. For this purpose we will
firstly compare the involved preventive maintenance cost of the two policies.
