Referring to the previous communication “Q2 2020 Commission Structure” reference no. “ECOM/053/2020/
OPS”,
OPS”, below is the addition to the commission payout structure.

All projects of which the units are sold with 4% DLD waiver, the commission payout will be as below and the
rest will follow as previous communication:

50% of the eligible commission will be paid at 10% of the customer’s payment and the balance 50% of the
eligible commission will be paid at 20% of the customer’s payment*

*Commission will be disbursed only once the commission eligibility criteria has been met.
