meeting will be held?”
If you answered only this question, your letter would be incomplete. You should have added
information about a welcome message, information about parking space, date, day, and time of
meeting. Your message will then have something extra that the reader really needs and
appreciates.

Answer:
Being the president of a community welfare center, I welcome you to Lahore. It will be a
pleasure for us if you join our welfare center. The next meeting is on May 5, 2020 in Hotel
Marina International, Islamabad. The time of the meeting is 9:00 am. I hope to see you there.

Hi Suzanne
I think we need to talk about the CSR campaign, I mean the one which we need to do as a
quarterly exercise. I think it is a great way of enhancing our brand image. Basically, it would just
be a visit to an orphanage but we can sort of do other things too. For instance, we could take the
kids out for a short trip to a nearby park or zoo. Let us sit and talk tomorrow.
