HOW TO USE THIS E-TICKET  

  
1. Print this E-Ticket - This is your proof of purchase.  
2. For Gardens by the Bay, scan ticket directly at entrance turnstile for both conservatories.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Large crowds may be expected during the visit to the Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway.  Anticipate longer waiting times and bigger crowds
during our peak timing from 4pm - 7pm.
- This E-ticket is non transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. This E-ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated and may only be use
once.  
- Not valid for special events. No outside food and beverages permitted. Visits to both Conservatories must be completed on the same day.  
- Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subjected to Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate
locations of Gardens by the Bay.  
- E-ticket and hand stamp are required for same day re-entry.  
- This E-ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed and is valid only for the date/period indicated on the E-Ticket.  
- Loss of E-ticket will be solely under the full responsibility of the passenger. E-tickets are not to be used for touting purposes.  
- E-ticket obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and if so, are void.  
- Gardens by the Bay is not responsible for any unauthorized duplication of this E-ticket and do not assume any liability for any damage or loss
guest may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. Please refer to your Travel Agent for any issues or
clarifications.  
- Unauthorized or unlawful resales or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.  
- Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or
restrict admission to the Conservatories and due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.  
- Ticket Redemption Hours: 9.00am to 8.00pm. Operating hours may change without prior notice or liability.

- For guests who wish to use the Double Conservatories E-ticket on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.  
- In the event of any dispute, Gardens by the Bay is not liable for any miscommunication and will direct the guests back to the Travel Agent whom
they have purchased the E-ticket.  
- Gardens by the Bay's other prevailing ticketing, admission, payment and program policies shall apply.
