Retouched Photo

I decided to choose this specific photo because it spoke to me in an indescribable way. I

was looking at retouched photos on the internet and I interacted with this photo. When I saw this

photo, I created an incredible connection with it. I find it absolutely amazing that this retouched

and photoshopped image of a landscape can alter a viewer’s feeling and reaction. Before seeing

this photo, I did not believe that a landscape photo can be retouched so that the message and

meaning of the image is also altered.

This image is originally a beautiful happy landscape that might come off dull to others.

The retouched image is a dark and stormy landscape that completely alters the way a viewer sees

the image and their reaction to it as well.
