To the above Tenant and all others now in possession of the Rented Premises:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1946, the tenancy for the Rented Premises described as: 3009 Pine Street
Apt. 200, Paso Robles, CA 93446 which you now hold possession of may be terminated at the end of SEVEN (7) days after your being served of this
notice. Therefore, you are required to fix or quit and deliver up possession of the Rented Premises to the Renter/ Apartment Manager, P.R.H.A., on
or before the expiration of the SEVEN (7) days period mentioned above. Failure to comply will result in the Renter/ Apartment Manager initializing
legal proceedings for an Unlawful Detainer against you to recover possession of the rented premises plus court costs, attorney fees, writ fees,
sheriff fees, and other fees and for such further relief as the Court may deem proper. California law also provides that a landlord/ renter may
recover in addition a punitive amount of $600 for any unlawful detention.

Tracy, we’re sorry to have to inform you that your tenancy with P.R.H.A., (Paso Robles Housing Authority), will expire in 7 days, June 13, 2018 if the
mentioned violations are not met within the 7-day grace period. You have previously been in violation of the housing rules & guidelines, so this will
be your final warning. If you are found in violation of this or any other regulations your lease obligates you follow you will be given a 3 or 30 Day
Eviction notice. We have respectfully asked that you keep your guests to a minimum and that they do not exceed the 10-day limit for outside
guests. With you being the only person listed on your lease there should not be any other tenants living at your residence without proper
notification and qualifications through our management office. We will be making random check ups on your apartment to follow up that this
notice has been taken seriously. I advise you to sincerely act accordingly to this notice as this is your last warning.

Violations: Multiple guests exceeding the 10 days stay period.


Failure to comply with previous warnings re violations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: State law permits former tenants to reclaim abandoned personal property left at the former address of the tenant, subject to
certain conditions. You may not be able to reclaim property without incurring additional costs, depending on the costs of storing the property and
the length of time before it is reclaimed. In general, these costs will be lower the sooner you contact your former landlord/ renter after being
notified that property belonging to you was left behind after you moved out.
