AP lab pig disection

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts/assignments?

I chose this as one of my artifacts/assignments because this has everything to do with anatomy
and biology which will help me learn in order to use that knowledge and experience as a plastic
surgeon.

What academic skills did you use that are specific to this artifact/assignment?
Researching, note-taking, examining, and communication.

What general academic skills did you use (skills that would be used in any academic class)?
I used critical thinking, reading, note-taking, researching, listening, speaking, teamwork, writing,
followed directions, finished an assignment and used strategies.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this
Artifact/Assignment? Explain.
yes, I feel I accomplished a grand task and with the help of my lab group we were able to
successfully identify each body part and know its function.

Provide an example of how these academic and/or soft skills are used in a career in which you
are interested.
They teach me how to follow and accomplish something whether its an independent position or
one where you work with others all day.
