Above (Domain 1): is teaching 2 periods of 9th grade U.S. History
and Geography. He also observes and has on
occasion taught 8th grade U.S. History. The

The reason for the "developing" rating above

is because Alexander is currently using the

does adjust his teaching style to the

hard to learn all of their names quickly. He is
using many different engaging techniques
that includes all students in each class.

He is starting class with a warm-up, has the

students recite the learning target, and then
starts the lesson. He currently is using
techniques such as: table huddle, 30 second
interviews, open board, shout outs, oral
readings, buddy find, etc.

Provide Examples/Evidence of As mentioned previously, Alexander is using

Above (Domain 3): many different engaging techniques that
involve all students in a class period. He is
learning more every day. He has taken
assignments home and graded them. He has
entered grades in Power School (on line grade
book), and offered PBIS Reward points.

When I was at an in-service, Alexander took

all of my classes "flying solo" and doing a
fantastic job!

4a. Shows Professional Proficient

Responsibilities (please see
descriptions below) *

Additional Comments: I feel Alexander has a bright future ahead of

him! He is easy to talk to, gets along well with
other staff, and has earned the respect of our
students. I feel that by the time we do the
next evaluation, Alexander will be even more
confident, and proficient in many more areas.
