REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (PMIS)

Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) invites proposals from duly tax-registered firms for the provision of the
following services for its Party Management Information System (PMIS) as per terms and condition
stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document:

a. Analyze detailed requirements and prepare a Business Requirement Document (BRD)

b. Develop, deploy, implement and maintain the solution based on the duly approved BRD and
finalized Scope of Work (SoW) by PTI
c. Training of technical staff and users
d. Maintenance support for a period of six months as warranty

Interested companies / firms can download RFP document from PTI website ( https://insaf.pk/tenders ).
The proposals should reach by 3.00 PM on 15th May 2020 at the address mentioned hereunder. Technical
proposals will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in the presence of the bidder’s representatives, who
may wish to attend.
