Assignment

Each student is assigned 5 companies listed on the PSX along with data of
individual companies. This project mainly has 3 parts:

1. Update recheck and fill gaps in data up till year end 2018 5-year annual
data is required only.
2. Calculate individual company ratios, vertical and horizontal analysis.
3. A minimum 2500 word write up on company’s performance.
4. The writeups mustn’t include any definitions of ratios, vertical or horizontal
analysis. The analysis is to be done on 2 companies, top performing and the
bottom performing based on sales. The comparison should on the basis of
historical data and industry average.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

YOU ARE NOT TO AT ANY POINT ALLOWED TO MAKE CHANGES IN THE EXCEL
SHEETS. DON’T ADD OR REMOVE ANY ROW/ COLUMN AND MODIFY ANY FORMULA.
