Troubleshooting, overload of engine

Cause Remedy Remark

Revolution and pressure are higher
than set values.
Regulator torque is set higher than
normal.
Regulator is operating abnormally.
Pump internal parts are seized or
broken.
Set to specification.
Readjust regulator.
Replace faulty parts.
Refer to the regulator section.
Check filter and drain oil to see if
abnormal wear particles are
present.

Troubleshooting, pump oil flow is extremely low and discharge pressure is not
raised

Cause Remedy Remark

Regulator is faulty.
Pump internal parts are seized or
broken.
Auxiliary pump is faulty.
Servo hydraulic relief valve is
faulty.
Repair regulator. Refer to the regulator section.
Replace damaged parts. Check filters and drain oil.
Replace auxiliary pump. Remove Auxiliary pump and check
shaft coupling.
Check servo hydraulic relief valve. Refer to the servo hydraulic relief
