I would like to recommend, without reservation, Chloe DeWitt, for the new graduate
nursing position. Chloe worked as a Nursing intern at the Medication Management Center
(MMC), where I was her manager and direct supervisor.

Chloe was an essential member of our team and was critical to our Telehealth Medication
Therapy Management program. This was based on the wonderful characteristics that she
possesses. Chloe is adaptable, diligent, hardworking, and intelligent.

During her time at the MMC Chloe utilized her abilities to develop great critical thinking and
communication techniques. She also deepened her knowledge of medications and patient
counseling.

Chloe provided great service and care to our patients and was excellent at communicating with
the team. She was also very invested in the overall success of the center. She always tried to
improve and advance her knowledge to enhance her skill. In addition, she frequently would work
on special projects and extra hours to help us reach our goals.

Chloe has my highest recommendation for the new grad nursing position. I have no doubt she
will make a great Registered Nurse and an excellent addition to your team. Please feel free to
