To Whom it May Concern,

I was privileged to have Chloe DeWitt as a student nurse during her preceptorship clinical
rotation. In our time working together, Chloe impressed me with her ability to handle every aspect of
the nursing role while maintaining a kind and professional demeanor.

Chloe consistently applies her new nursing knowledge along with her experience and skills in
customer service on a busy telemetry note. She shows initiative and compassion and was always willing,
eager and able to take on the tasks that were asked of her.

Chloe consistently demonstrated confidence in decision making, while maintaining a strong

sense of responsibility in knowing her limitations and how to use the resources available to her. During
her preceptorship, Chloe became a valuable member of the team and made a difference in the care of
her patients.

It was my pleasure to have Chloe as a student. As outlined, she demonstrates a readiness and
proficiency for the profession of nursing. I happily give Chloe my recommendation for a position in any
