Impact of ISO 9001:2015 on the operation in Ethiopian industry
In this idea, management system has major role in world industry. With the increased global
computation, organization forced to produce high quality product and continual improvement
themselves to survive profitable and satisfy their customer. Practically there are many quality
managements approached used by organization to achieve these objectives such as quality
management system, six sigma and TQM. In our country the most common approach is ISO
9001.Now a day hundreds of industry in Ethiopia implement this international standard and
certification .Also more than hundred in pipe line to become certified organization .Hence study
this idea for an industrial engineering MS program is better way to know surrounding of the
sector .This contribute to ward answering following question : to which extent ISO 9001
certification impact or improve the performance of industry ? Are there any impact only
implementation on the sector? Is that enough following the current management system in each
industry? Also differentiate a management system currently used and way of implementation.
Answering those question is important for determine best to improve the productivity and quality
service and product in Ethiopia.

Topic -2
Limitation of utility and it impact on manufacturing industry in Ethiopia.
Government have the responsibility of supply major utility or facility in Ethiopia .in this paper I
will study shortage of electric power ,internet connection or water supply impact manufacturing
operation and productivity of organization .In our country huge industry use electrical power
generator for sudden failure and shortage of electric power but this affect also finical .Therefore
unit production cost became expensive .in this research develop theoretical data collection
model. On the ground industry in Ethiopia use more than two sources of electric power (hydra
-electric, solar, fuel and wind) from those sources most industry use hydra from Ethiopian
electric power corporation and fuel use power generator. Here I will study impact on
manufacturing industry.
