AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, MARIA ROSA PINEDA, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of Purok
Kaisahan, East Baluarte, Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the owner of a house and parcel of land with Transfer Certificate of Title
No. 1234567 described as Lot 4 Block 9 Carmela Subdivision, , being a
subdivision of Lot 38, Block 8 PCS5977, situated in Barangay Navais, District of
Caloocan City;
2. I hereby voluntarily waive my rights and interests over the above-described
house and lot for an act of love, liberality and generosity;
3. I freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY my rights and interests over the use
of the said house and lot in favor of my daughter-in-law,
DAMSEL PINEDA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Lot 4
Block 9 Carmela Subdivision, , being a subdivision of Lot 38, Block 8 PCS5977,
situated in Barangay Navais, District of Caloocan City;
4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
any legal purpose this may serve.
