1) Should the policyholder wish to extend this policy, he must notify the company before
the policy expiry date.
2) Should the policyholder not contact the company before the expiry date, the company
will be intitled to terminate the agreement.
3) Were the policyholder to subsequently decide to renew the policy, the company would
be entitled to charge an introductory fee.
4) However, were the company to decide not to renew the policy, for whatever reason,
they must inform the policyholder within seven days.
5) Were the company not to inform the policy holder within the specified time, they may
not refuse to renew the policy.
6) The company may terminate the contract:
a)should the policyholder not disclose all relevant information
b)were the policyholder not to complete all sections
c)had the policyholder failed to pay the full premium by the agreed time
