Teaching philosophy

My teaching philosophy focuses on how I can, as a teacher, help the student to

learn and improve their skills and develop their language. MY teaching
philosophy will be based on theories like skinner, Vygotsky, Bruner, and Piaget.
My teaching philosophy focuses on teamwork because i believe that group work
improves communication skills and help them to understand better.

One of significant think is classroom management because as mush we

have control in our class, the student will understand better. To have good
classroom management, we have to follow the skinner theory through
classroom rules (punishment and reinforcement). According to Skinner,
''Education happens by controlling behavior through positive and
negative reinforcement."[ CITATION Tea19 \l 1033 ]

Vygotsky

"Lev Vygotsky, a Russian psychologist, developed a theory of

cognitive development known as the Sociocultural Theory of
Cognitive Development in the early twentieth century.

The main assertion of Vygotsky's theory is that the cognitive

development of children is advanced through social interaction with
other people, particularly those who are more skilled. In other
words, Vygotsky believed that social learning comes before cognitive
development and that children construct knowledge actively."
He also create ZPD(Zone of Proximal Development) According to
the Vygotsky theory, "children who are in the zone of proximal development for
a particular task can almost perform the task independently, but not quite there
yet."[ CITATION PSY20 \l 1033 ]

I have use the ZPD in my TP. It was helpful and it support the student
understanding.
