Cardiorespiratory Endurance Goal: Be able to run a mile under 7 minutes.
Specific Objectives:

1. Practice running every other day.

2. Start running long distance.

3. Also practice running in sprints really fast (Short distance)

Muscular Strength/Endurance Goal: Be able to do higher repetition sets of certain workouts.

1. Get my push up repetition high and where I feel confident with it.

2. Get my pull up repetition high as well

3. Get my sit up repetition high

Muscular Flexibility Goal: Be able to hold certain stretch positions comfortably
Specific Objectives:

1. Be able to hold my feet while sitting, stretch in that position everyday

2. Be able to hold tough my feet while standing, stretch in that position everyday

3. Be able to do the splits, stretch in that position everyday

Body Composition Goal: Get my body muscle as high as possible and fat as low as possible
