12 - Stability

When I was in grade 7 I had participated in folk dance in our school and I enjoyed it

because I am the only young male in the group. And after that I am engaged to be a part of a

workshop in Ramon Obusan Folkloric Group and I pursue my dance career and I realize that

we are capable of the dance in our culture like we must better to look when we are dancing

our native dance. It is important for me because having an opportunity to dance my culture

dance in our country. I have experienced the times that I need to quit dancing because it

requires strength and physical creativity and awareness while dancing. The most important

thing for dancing is it can help you to be creative and allows you to be free in what you want

steps. It shows variation of skills but it helps us to apply in our body to help us not only in

workout but also in our physical Health.

As a student dancing is an important workout for the body and enhances our body

flexibility and endurance. It can be stress reliever and physical therapy. Dancing is the way

you interpret things using our body and it is responsible for our skills that we have not yet

developed. Dancing is important to all humans to express its all idea through his/her body

movement.
