1. How important is dance in your personal life?


For me who is not good at dancing I can say that it is always important for someone to dance
because you can show what emotion you have. the more you dance the more you can express
yourself. By dancing you forget your problems in life because you enjoy what you're doing. And
lastly it's a lifetime talent.

2. As a student of PE, how can you help raise awareness about the importance of
dance?

The importance of dancing has many benefits to your body. One of these is your health, being
physically fit is helps you become more flexible, greater strength, increased energy, improved
appearance, and a more positive attitude and mood. Dancing can improve your mood and
decrease feel of stress. It can make you feel happier. It can also help you to relax and sleep
better. Additionally it can help you improve brain function and protect memory and thinking
skills.
