 Project Description :
The Primary objective of this project is to design and develop a safety system for providing the
automatic safe mutual usage of all the weapons systems installed onboard P71 class of ships and
protection during onboard helicopter Operations.
The SWISS-71 system shall be interfaced with the weapon systems, wherein the position of the
weapons both in elevation and training (azimuth) planes shall be fed by the weapon systems to
SWISS-71.

SWISS-71 shall logically process the status signals and generate control signals inhibiting the
firing of particular systems/prohibiting specific operation, as appropriate, so as to ensure the safety
of ship during joint operation of weapons.

 Title : HMDS (Helmet Mounted Display System) LRU Simulator.
 Software : MFC Application Wizard.

 Project Duration : 1 Year
 Project Description :
The Primary objective of this project is to simulate the LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) RT
(Remote Terminal) for LCA (Light Combat Aircraft) program. LCA is indigenously developed by
Indian Defence. In the absence of Actual LRU in LCA for the testing of OAC (Open Architecture
Computer) Software, HMDS LRU Simulator is basically used for the testing of OAC software.
Remote Terminal of this LRU can be configured with same RT Address and same Sub
Addresses. HMDS LRU Simulator is the RT connected in MIL-STD 1553B Bus-2.
