Subject: Payment done but warranty extension didnt happen

Dear,
This to inform you that I have made a repayment of 1999 towards warranty
extension. But there is no warranty extension and my money got deducted. I have all
proof to support my money deduction from my account. I could share the same. I
have attached the support document and other details for your reference.

I request you to plz resolve the matter as soon as possible, either approve warranty
extension or make the refund asap.
