1. Flagystatin Ovule
 You get 5 Flagystatin ovule, which contains 500mg of metronidazole and 100,000 IU of
nystatin
 So these medicine is for 8 days.
 And it is used to reduce the symptom that you felt such as the inflammation, pain or itchy
around your vagina and it also helps to reduce the vaginal discharge problem.
 You should use it once a day in the night, before going bed. And you have to make sure to
used this medicine 8 days continuously.
 And now i’ll explain to you how to use flagystatine ovule
1. Beofore using the ovule, urinated to empty your bladder. This is used to prevent your
medicine come out after you insert it
2. Wash your vagina gently, and also wash your hand. Let it dry thoroughly
3. Open the wrapper, dip the ovule into warm water to make it easier to insert it into the
vagina, (if you are using an applicator, place the ovule at the end of the applicator)
4. Lie on your back with you knees bent and legs slightly apart (this position is just like
giving birth)
5. Slowly insert the ovule into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go with the help of
the index finger, but do not force it. If you are using the applicator push the tip of the
applicator until it stop, it helps the tablet out of the applicator
6. Close your legs for about 5 minutes. If your applicator is reusable, clean it as directed by
the manufacturer or discard the applicator if it is disposible.
7. Last, wash your hands thoroughly with mild soap and water.
  After use the drug, if you feel any side effect like rash, irritation, or swollen in the vaginal
area that gets worse every day and interfere your activities, please consult immediately

2. Betadine feminine Hygiene

 This is a bottle of betadine feminine hygyene. It contains 10% of povidone iodine that
used as antiseptic for vaginal wash. It also help your main medicine to reduce the
symptom of vaginitis.
 You can use it once a day after bath for about 6 till 7 days. Now I’ll explain how to use it
1. Wash your hands thoroughly
2. Prepare warm water
3. Pour the medicine into the bottle cap until it is full (approximately 8 ml)
4. Put into the dipper of warm water (approximately 1 L or about half dipper)
5. Wash the outside of vaginal area, leave it for 1 minute and than rinse thoroughly
 After use the drug, if you feel any side effect like rash, irritation, or swollen in the vaginal
area that gets worse every day and interfere your activities, please consult immediately
to the doctor

Non-pharmacology Therapy
 Maintain vaginal hygiene by changing underwear regularly, not too tight and not made of
nylon
 After urinating, dry the vagina first before wearing underwear, so it will not become moist
and cause bacteria to grow
 When you cleans the vagina, clean it from front to back so that bacteria do not enter the
vagina.
