Dear students!

The final practical task includes the analysis on the topic “The largest TNCs in the industry”
Please check 3 blogs below that need to be covered in your research. The final results of the
analysis must be presented in powerpoint presentation and attached in Moodle
First (Block A), select the industry for analysis from the list below. Please note that the task
must be completed individually, and the industries in the group should not be duplicated.
General information about the analyzed industry in the world market, segments and statistics
can be checked in search systems as google, yandex etc. Pay attention to the factors that
currently influencing the development of the analyzed industry
Data on companies (Block B) operating in the industry, as well as statistics, can be found on the
Global 500 website (https://fortune.com/global500/search/). Choose 3 any TNCs of your
industry from the list of Global 500. Information on these companies you can see on their
official websites, as well as in search engines. Provide general information about those THCs, as
well as comparative analysis for a number of key indicators
In Block C, analyze the development of the selected industry in Belarus. Explore the activities of
the world's largest TNCs from Block B, as well as Belarusian companies in the national market
Since this task takes some time to prepare, you are not limited in terms of completion.
However, you should not leave it on the last school day. Good luck in your preparations!

Block C. Industry Analysis in Belarus


• TNCs (from block 2) in the Belarusian market. Their main products and brands are in demand

• What domestic companies are represented in the industry? Their most famous brands
• Conduct a SWOT analysis of Belarusian manufacturers in the industry: describe their strengths
and weaknesses, opportunities and threats
