I. Requesting for an Interview

A. Good Day Mr./Ms. Can we excuse you for a moment just for an interview?

If No for an important reason- It’s okay, can we have your vacant/free time

for the interview?

B. We would like to ask you a set of questions with regards to the use of online

ratings and your purchasing decision. But before that, we would request to

use a phone to record our conversation. The audio clip will be deleted once it

is transcribed and it will be kept confidential.

If No- Okay we understand, we will just write all your responses.

If Yes- We are glad that you agree.
