INTRODUCTION

This work focuses on conducting a survey by the company of Sistegraf for know the degree
of satisfaction of customers with respect to our products.

The company whose economic activity is the manufacture of advertising products is focuses on
the quality of printed and marked products, good customer service and timely delivery, this in
order to satisfy the final customer.

OBJECTIVE
Prepare a survey in English of customer satisfaction regarding the products and services that
Sistegraf offers.

Prepare a survey in English, to obtain information about the opinions of customers about the
services of a company.

Good morning, my name is Shirley Contreras and I work in Sistegraf


in the commercial area. We would like to know your opinion in
general about our products and services offered to our customers.
Your answers can help us improve the manufacturing and services
offered by our company.

GENERAL DATA OF SISTEGRAF

Sistegraf is a graphic arts company whose economic activity is the manufacture of products such as posters,
business cards, folding boxes and advertising material, in addition to the provision of services such as digital
printing, offset printing, screen printing and embroidery, etc.

It consists of 8 people, the legal representative Gustavo Herrera, the graphic designer, plant operators and
commercial executive.

It was created in 2009 providing illustrations through creativity to obtain benefits and customer satisfaction.

Our goal is the total satisfaction of our customers, providing quality, timely delivery and excellent customer
service.

I have been a Sistegraf customer for a year, buying products such as cards, brochures and folding boxes,
and so far the quality and delivery time are very good, I have not had any problems with the company
because they are pending from the request of the order until the delivery of the order.

17. ¿ As for the price, are you satisfied ? Describe your answer
I'm not totally satisfied since the prices are higher compared to the competition, but nevertheless,
I prefer to pay a little more for a good product in quality, timely delivery time and creativity.

18. ¿ Would you recommend the company ?


Yes, I would recommend Sistegraf for its excellent products.

19. ¿ What would you recommend to Sistegraf ?


A Sistegraf I recommend that you adjust the prices of the products in relation to those of the
competition, in addition to maintaining a legal billing record to be able to buy the products
without inconvenience with the billing.
